FAQ
- This 12-tray rotary oven comes standard with 600×800mm standard baking trays, with 2 trays that can be placed on each deck, allowing 64 trays to be baked in a single batch. Based on 20 breads/pastries placed per tray, the basic output per batch is 1,280 pieces. The hourly output can be calculated according to the baking process; for example, if the baking time for bread is about 30 minutes per batch, the hourly output can reach 2,560 pieces.
- This oven has a temperature adjustment range from room temperature to 300℃, which fully meets the baking needs of pastries such as bread, cakes and cookies, as well as the roasting requirements of all types of meat products. It supports one-click switching between baking and meat roasting modes: the baking mode is adapted to the standard air damper opening, while the meat roasting mode enables precise humidity control. Only the matching carrying accessories (baking trays, grill nets, oil drip pans) need to be replaced for cooking different products, and all accessories can be purchased separately as required.
- The oven is equipped with a high-definition touch screen operation interface, featuring simple and user-friendly operation. It supports the storage of more than 100 process parameter recipes, allowing one-click access to preset parameters such as temperature, time and air speed—switching between multiple products (e.g., baking bread in the morning and cookies in the afternoon) is effortless with no operational hurdles. The panel comes with an intelligent fault prompt function and step-by-step operation guidance, enabling even novice operators to master the operation quickly.
- The oven has a standard overall dimension of 2000mm (L) × 1200mm (W) × 3500mm (H). A maintenance space of 500mm shall be reserved on both the side and the back of the equipment in the workshop to facilitate operations such as fan maintenance and heating tube replacement. The floor load capacity requirement for the equipment is ≥500kg/㎡ to ensure stable placement.
- This oven is available in two versions: electric heating and gas heating. The electric heating version has a rated power of 60kW, consuming approximately 60 kWh of electricity per hour under full-load operation and about 40 kWh per hour in the staged heating mode. The gas heating version features a rated heat load of 80MJ/h, with a gas consumption of around 8 cubic meters per hour when running at full load.
Adopting a hot air circulation design, it saves 20% to 30% more energy than conventional convection ovens with a higher hot air utilization rate, effectively reducing long-term operational energy consumption.
Heating Speed
- Electric Heating Version: Reaches 200℃ in 3~5 minutes (Fast)Gas Heating Version: Reaches 200℃ in 5~8 minutes (Relatively Fast)
Operating Cost
- Electric Heating Version: The operating cost will be relatively high if the electricity price is high.Gas Heating Version: It is more cost-effective when the unit price of gas is low.
Installation Requirements
- Electric Heating Version: Requires a 380V industrial power supply and an independent air switch.Gas Heating Version: Requires supporting gas pipelines and smoke exhaust pipelines.
Temperature Stability
- Electric Heating Version: Temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ (High)Gas Heating Version: Temperature control accuracy of ±2℃ (Relatively High)
